Our Education Assistance Program is designed to encourage and support employees in their efforts to further develop their professional skills by granting financial assistance for pre-approved training and education programs.

Professional Memberships and Certifications

JBM encourages employees to join professional organizations and to participate in activities that will promote their professional development. JBM reimburses dues associated with the membership in a professional organization that is directly related to JBMs business.
