Providing sound & supportable solutions to the issues confronting our clients

JBM Systems Engineers and Network Integration experts provide proven experience in design, analysis, planning, and supporting military Command and Control (C2) Systems. Our engineers provide customer focused innovative solutions that provide effective results. JBM’s knowledge and experience base allows us to engage issues whether they are early in the development life cycle to the support of fielded C2 systems.

Our Systems Engineering and Integration customers

JBM provides engineering and integration solutions to support the Army's family of C2 products.

  • System Engineering and Network Engineering support to  Army BCTs conducting Mission Readiness Exercises to the National Training Center (NTC), Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Theaters of Operation (OIF and OEF), and National Disasters.
  • JBM provides direct engineering and integration support to products under PM Mission Command (PM MC) at the Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF).

JBM’s Systems Engineering &  Integration Services include:

  • Integration and troubleshooting of dissimilar hardware, software and communications systems into a seamless capabilities suite at the system, family of systems or system of systems level.
  • PM Mission Command (PM MC) support activities include developing, executing, and managing Information  Assurance processes.
  • Engineering analysis, characterization and technology insertion.
  • Develop, execute, and refine the System Architecture and Data Initialization Products in support of Mission Command systems.
  • Independent software validation and verification (V&V).
  • Military tactical communications network engineering, implementation and maintenance.
  • Information Technology direct support for Army, Joint and Coalition Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems.

Recent successes include:

  • Automation of  Army Mission Command software and system initialization data product V&V.
  • Implementation of VMWare  virtualization infrastructures in support of system integration and test activities at Fort Hood significantly reducing HVAC, physical footprint, and personnel resource requirements.

When critical Coalition Force communication requirements are identified, JBM Tactical Network Engineers provide the solutions. These solutions mitigate security risks, and optimize resources and efficiency. For example, JBM is supporting a transition of digital assets to the newly implemented Afghanistan Mission Network (AMN).  JBM Engineers from the Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF) at Fort Hood, Texas will provide network engineering support to support system integration with US coalition partners. As in other previous efforts, JBM has been identified as the go-to team for support to evolving tactical capabilities and architectures in the field.

JBM System Engineers are completing the setup and installation of a virtual data center in the Army's Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF) at Fort Hood, TX. This VMWare based technology implementation will allow material developers, integrators and testers to store virtual images of tactical software and provide the means to create virtual architectures to support test and integration. By virtualizing  systems, the Army realizes significant savings in hardware, power, floor-space, HVAC and personnel resources.
